Tim Majors, President


President and owner, Tim Majors, is a former Australian attorney and businessman who moved to the United States in 2009, after a successful career in Australia.


From Perth, Australia, Tim has a Bachelor of Laws (Northern Territory University), and a Master of Laws and Master of Business Administration (The University of Sydney).


In Australia, Tim took a small cap business nation-wide and oversaw a dramatic increase in sales from $5m to $55m, during his 10 year tenure as owner.  In 2008/09, Tim sold his interests to a private equity arm of Macquarie Bank, and decided to move his family and business interests to the United States.


The business is now Florida based and focuses on commercial real estate development.  We specialize in the development and construction of medical office buildings, and currently have projects under development in Nona, Mt Dora, Winter Haven, Longwood, Orlando, Deland and Cocoa Beach. We also focus on general office construction, redevelopment and leasing.

Nona Medical Village is a brand new site currently under development within the highly sought after Nona Medical City. This state of the art facility is being built to suite for 11 independent physicians. We expect completion to occur within March 2016. Nona Medical Village will be located within close proximity to Veterans Affairs Hospital, Nemours Children's Hospital, Burnham Research Center, UCF Medical School, and more.


Mount Dora

Mt Dora Medical Village is a recently renovated and completed property that has 20 active healthcare tenants. Located within a established community this medical village allowed physicians the ability to expand into a large established patient population. Mt Dora Medical Village was recently completed in 2015 and is currently under contract.



Maitland Medical Village is currently being leased and developed. This property was acquired to help a under served patient demographic.  Located within a changing and expanding Maitland community. Maitland Medical Village is currently leasing to multiple specialists and is continuing to add tenants daily.



Longwood Medical Village is located within Seminole County and has 6 active healthcare tenants. This Medical Village has a unique location within walking distance to South Seminole Hospital and multiple outpatient surgical centers. Longwood Medical Village was recently acquired by the Central Florida based Bywater Company in 2014.


Winter Haven

Winter Haven Medical Village is home to 15 active healthcare tenants. Located within a ever growing Winter Haven community this medical village allowed physicians the ability to expand into a under served patient population. Winter Haven Medical Village was recently acquired by Woodside Health in 2014 shortly after his completion.


Winter Garden

Winter Garden Medical Village is a unique designed village for 3 growing practices in Central Florida.   Located with access to Health Central Hospital & the newly opening Florida Hospital Winter Garden along with multiple outpatient surgical centers, medical village Winter Garden will be home to a full service Nephrology Center along with a strong Family Practice.



Debary Medical Village is home to 12 new independent healthcare tenants.  Located with nearby access to Florida Hospital Fish Memorial and multiple outpatient surgical centers, medical village is the ideal location for physicians looking to expand their patient network within the Volusia County market.



Clermont Medical Village is currently being developed. This property is an exciting development for Medical Village as it has the opportunity to not only become home to multiple medical tenants but also potentially surgical centers, retail and more.  Clermont Medical Village is currently leasing and has hopes to start construction in Fall 2015

Medical Village is currently looking at developing properties in Ocala, Palm Coast and Kissimmee.
